Oolong tea is commonly consumed in China and Taiwan. Oolong tea is also collected from the same tea plant like black tea and green tea named Camellia Sinensis. It is a traditional Chinese tea. Some people confuse and mix green tea with oolong tea. But the two are different from the tea processing method. The benefit of Oolong tea contains more than green tea.
Oolong tea is made by the common tea leaves but the difference is to wither and oxidize under strong sunlight. On the other hand, green tea is produced by pan-frying or steaming tea leaves. Oolong tea is the most diverse of all tea types and the flavor has floral to dark and smokey. Green tea contains some grassy flavor.
