Mango custard jello

Oh, jello…! Yes, the word is enough to levitate our appetite. Is there anyone who doesn't like the mouthwatering jello? Most people from kids to adults desire it after their lunch or dinner table. Many of us chose it at breakfast time. In my childhood, I tasted it 5 or 6 times a day if my mom had stored it in the refrigerator.


There are many varieties of jello food. You can cook it only with milk or sugar or may add varieties of ingredients. I always try to cook most of the dishes with a unique texture. Today I will share with you a palatable recipe. When you take a taste then you will get the combination of jelly, pudding, and custard texture. So why will you make it late to read the recipe? Let's start.



Ingredients:


  • Mango puree: 6 cups

  • Custard powder: 4 tablespoons

  • Gelatin powder: 2 tablespoons

  • Sugar: 2 cups

  • Liquid milk: 2 cups



How to cook:


Process 1: Take a pan. Turn on the burner at a medium flame.

Process 2: Pour the mango puree and sugar. Stir it for 10 minutes.




Process 3: Take a bowl. Then mix the custard powder and add a little amount of water.

Process 4: Pour the custard powder and gelatin powder mixture into the mango puree.

Process 5: Stir it at a medium flame for 10 minutes.



Process 5: Turn the flame at a low and stir it until it becomes a gravy texture. Now turn off the burner.

Process 6: pour the gravy jello into a bowl. Let it be cool. Then keep it in the refrigerator

overnight.



Process 7: Turn the bowl from the refrigerator. Keep a plate in the bowl. Then turn the bowl. Yes, you will get a mouth-watering mango custard jello for serving.





Health benefit:

  • Ripe mango contains a fabulous source of magnesium and potassium. It is also good for your skin.

  • Custard powder is primarily made of corn flour which is a nice source of carbohydrates.

  • You may be surprised that gelatin powder can help to improve the elasticity of your skin.
