Baked kofta curry

I know that many of you do not like to grab simple boiled or baked food. Many of you like something tasty. But if you prepare this recipe, I think that your entire outlook on baked food can be changed. Today I will give you an awesome kofta curry recipe. You do not need to fry the kofta, you do not need to require more hassle like making other kofta or kebab recipes. Just follow the perfect preparation process and bake properly to my instruction. Then finally enjoy the healthy and tasty dish with your family and friends.
Let's start with the ingredients:
Beef/mutton or chicken(boneless): 500 gm
Onion paste: 2 cups
Garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
Red chili powder: 1 tablespoon
Black paper powder: 2 tablespoons
Salt: As your taste
Turmeric powder: 1 tablespoon
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder: 1 tablespoon
Olive oil: 2 cups
White vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice: 4 tablespoons
Bread: 5 pieces
Green chili: 8/10 pieces
Coriander leaves(chopped): 2 cup
Rosemary powder(optional): 1 tablespoon
Tomato sauce: 3 cups
Red chili flakes: As your choice.
Preparation:
Blend the meat and bread with salt and black paper powder.
Take a bowl, and pour it into the blended meat. Then mix the white vinegar, lemon juice, and garlic paste.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 6/7 hours. It is best if you keep it overnight.
Marinating after a few hours you will take the bowl to the refrigerator.
Give the blended meat a round or oval shape.
Prepare the kofta sauce before baking:
Take a bowl. Pour the oil, tomato sauce, red chili powder, onion paste, and rosemary powder. Then mix it perfectly. Now your sauce is ready for baking. Add a little amount of water.
How to bake:
Preheat the oven.
Take an oven dish( not any thin tray).
Put the raw kofta in it
Then pour the kofta sauce.
Cover it with foil.
Keep the baking dish in the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees C.
Then keep out the dish, and turn the cover.
Pour the green chili and coriander leaves, and red chili flakes on it. Cover it again with foil.
Keep the dish in the oven for 10 more minutes.
Turn off the oven. You will get a nice smell of your desired kofta.
Serve it to your family and enjoy the tender taste.
How to serve:
You can serve it with pulao, bread, or simple white rice.
