Spicy fish curry

Hey friends, who like fish? I know that many of you are truly amused by fish. You may have already tasted different kinds of fish curry such as baked fish, crispy fish, fish taco, Mexican fish curry, and many others. Today I will share with you a dish that is not only spicy and mouth-watering but also nutritious because it uses beneficial Bangladeshi well-known spices. These spices serve an amazing fragrance and increase your immunity.
Here I will give a traditional fish recipe that is very well known in Bangladeshi cuisine and in some parts of India. There are many forms of cooking spicy fish curry. But here I will talk about the spicy fish recipe that is cooked every day in the Bangladeshi kitchen. I already realized that you also like this easy cooking recipe. So let's start.
Ingredients:
Any large size fish(you can take both trout or sea fish): 500 gm
Onion slice: 2 cups
Ginger paste: 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder: 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Green chili: 5 or 6 pieces
Salt: as required
Turmeric powder: 1 tablespoon
Oil: 2 cups
Sugar(optional): ½ teaspoon
Water: 4 cups
How to cook:
Cut the fish into medium size and wash it. You may buy the packed uncooked fish from the super shop if you avoid the hassle of cutting and washing.
Marinate the fish with some salt and a little bit of turmeric powder for 15 minutes.
Take a frying pan. Pour a little amount of oil and take some time to heat.
Do the fish semi fry.
Keep the fish on a plate.
Now pour the least amount of oil and hit it. Then add the onion slice and stir it until the color becomes brown.
Pour the ginger paste, red chili powder, salt, and sugar. Stir it continuously for 10 minutes. Then add water and wait for it.
Now you put the semi-fried fishes in the water. Cover it with a lid. Keep it in a medium flame.
After 10 minutes turn off the cover and add the cumin powder and green chilis.
Low the flame and cook it for more than 10 minutes. Now you may add some chopped coriander leaves.
When the curry becomes gravy, then the Bangladeshi-style fish curry is ready to serve.

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes(approximately).
