If you are a cheese lover, you feel glad to know that today I will share with you a recipe for you. The preparation of this recipe is too simple, but you will get the bonanza of enjoying the perfect cheese flavor from this. You don’t require a lot of ingredients. You will get today the recipe for a mouth-watering cheese bun.
In this recipe I use cheese but you can use any kind of cheese that gives you a different touch of taste. If you follow my recipe, then you will get the soft, delicious, and mouth-watering cheese buns.
Ingredients of bun:
Shredded permission cheese: 1 cup
Butter: 150 gm
Lukewarm milk: 1 cup
Instant yeast: ½ teaspoon
Egg: 1 large size
All-purpose flour: 2 cups
Sugar: 2 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Ingredients of brush mixture:
Egg: 1 large size
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Cooking method:
Take a small bowl, pour the yeast and the milk. Keep it for 10 minutes for proofing.
Take another large bowl. Add the rest of all ingredients. Pour the yeast mixture and perfectly knead it for 10 minutes, until the dough becomes smooth in texture.
Now cover the whole dough with a wet towel. Keep it at room temperature for 1 hour.
After 1 hour you will see that the dough becomes double.
Now punch the dough down and divide it into 10/12 dough. Give the dough in a bun shape.
Keep the dough on a baking tray. Again cover the raw buns on a wet towel for more 15 minutes.
Now brush the egg mixture on the dough, and sprinkle some flour.
Bake the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
Prep time: 1 hour and 35 minutes.
Baking time: 20 minutes.
Total time: 1 hour and 55 minutes.
