Homemade orange vanilla cake

It is true that cake is an available food which you can easily consume here and there. The taste of the cakes is truly awesome. Not just tasty but different sizes, colors, flavors, etc. may win your heart.
So why do you prepare a homemade cake? It is not hard to find the answer. Sometimes when you make a cake at home you can customize it very easily and of course control the ingredients such as sugar, baking soda, and others.
Here I share with you a simple recipe for orange vanilla cake. Yes, it is so simple to bake. Shh…! I will share with you a secret here. When I baked cakes before, sometimes the cake could not be perfectly fluffy. One day my aunt gave me a solution. If you use some white vinegar then you may get a nice fluffy cake. You should maintain the perfect measurement.
Ingredients:
Butter: 100 gm
Sugar: 2 cups
Flour: 2 cups
Eggs: 5 pieces
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Baking soda: ½ teaspoon
Orange juice: ½ cup
Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon
White vinegar: 1 teaspoon

Preparation:
Separate the egg yolks from the white portions.
Beat the sugar and white portion of eggs in a bowl until it will get the foaming structure.
Now take another bowl and beat the egg yolks, butter, orange juice, vanilla essence, flour, baking powder, baking soda, white vinegar with a spatula.
Mix the two mixtures in a bowl. Then pour it on a baking tray.
Keep the baking tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C (360 F) for 40 minutes. In this step, the upper portion of the cake should be golden in color.
Put off the oven, take the tray from the oven.
Cool it for 10 minutes and serve.
Health benefits: It is a homemade fresh cake. So you will get the entire benefits from the ingredients. Eggs serve you a large number of proteins, by orange you consume vitamin C. Indeed, your family will delight by grabbing this tasty cake with lots of energy.
