Bad effects of green tea:

Though it is considered one of the safest drinks, a few things you may keep in mind when drinking green tea.

  • Remember it contains caffeine. So some side effects affect the people who are sensitive to caffeine.

  • Drinking large amounts of green tea causes some bad effects including headache and irregular heartbeat.

  • It contains tannins that may cause acid in your stomach.

It is true because it contains caffeine and tannins, but it is a storehouse of nutrients. So drinking 2 or 3 cups of green tea( not more from this) daily may get the optimal benefits.

Try to consume a higher quality, because low glow-garden tea contains excess amounts of fluoride. So you can sip it more than just a hydrating drink. It is more than just a soothing brew.
