It is actually one type of oats #porridge. Different is that here I do not use milk. avoid adding sugar because I encourage those people who suffer from diabetes, but do not take the decision which type of food or snake is perfect for them. Because of easy and short time recipe, this is also suitable for those people who find quick homemade snacks or breakfast, because readymade cereals are not good if you consume them on a regular basis. the readymade cereal contains extra sugar, gluten, a color that is harmful to your health.
Oats are a very healthy option for both light and heavy meals. Oats are enriched with fiber. Nowadays, people are busy so they search for recipes that are cooked in a short time and are full of nutrition. My today’s recipe is fruity oats. Though it is very common, in my fruity oats I use blended fruits which you can easily serve to your kids from 8 months. Here I avoid adding #sugar or any artificial #sweetener which is completely perfect for diabetes patients. But if you wish you may add sugar.

Ingredients:
Oats: 1cup
Any sweet fruits as you wish (here I take apple and dates): 2 cups
Water: 2 cups

How to cook:
Blend the fruits well or you may use the sliced fruits.
Take a pan and heat it in a medium flame for 1 minute.
Pour the oats and blended fruits with added water.
Stir it for 3 or 4 minutes.
Your delicious fruity oats are ready to serve.
How many people can eat: 1 person
Cooking time: 5 minutes.
Health benefits:
Oats are rich in antioxidants and full of fiber. So you can relieve constipation.
Oats can improve blood sugar levels.
You can get sufficient vitamins and minerals from fruits.

Readymade foods and cereals are not always good for health. Homemade food is more hygienic, you can easily customize your food as you wish. Homemade food also saves from wasting excess money.
