Spicy ground beef

If you invite your guest and wish him to serve a mouth-watering heavy meal with rice or bread, it could be a great option for you to cook this spicy ground beef. Many people cook it in different ways but in my recipes, I always give priority to share with you the easiest way of cooking within a short time. Of course, also focus on the ingredients that may be available at the corner of your kitchen. So let's start with the recipe for spicy ground beef.

Ingredients:
Ground beef: 2 cups
Sliced onion: 1 cups
Garlic: ⅕ cups
Ground cumin: 1 teaspoon(optional)
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: ⅕ teaspoon
Sliced coriander leaf: 1/ 5cup(optional)
Chili powder: ⅕ teaspoon
Oil: 4 tablespoons
Water: 4 cups

How to cook:
Heat a pan in a medium flame and add oil.
When the oil becomes heat then add all the ingredients(except coriander leaf) and stir it for 5 minutes.
Add the water and cover it with a lid. Keep it for 30 minutes.
Turn off the cover and stir it again.
Keep it until the curry becomes a nice gravy texture.
If you think that you need more time for the softness then keep it in your satisfying time.
Spread the coriander leaf. Now your meal is ready.

Cooking time: 40 minutes (approximately)
You serve it with rice, pasta or bread. You can store it in your freeze, when you wish to make a meat roll or sandwich you easily make the dish.
Special tips: You may just be boiled the ground meat with salt and store it in your freeze for a long time. When you quickly wish to make any dish of ground meat then you can save many times.
