My daughter is pretty fond of colorful sweet dishes. She often requests me to prepare for her different types of desserts. Because of my hectic schedule, I do not have enough time to cook the time-consuming preparation. So I maintain my own recipe book. There are many quick recipes. Corn flour jello is one of the quick and easy recipes. You may feel satisfied that this corn flour jello is not only satisfying to your children but also its relish taste and colorful vibrant image satisfy your guests. Let’s start:
Ingredients:
Corn flour: 2 cups
Water: 5 cups
Sugar: 2 cups
Various types of chopped nuts: 1 cup
Butter: 200 gm
Food color: as your choice
Method:
Take a bowl. Then mix all ingredients except butter.
Take a pan. Pour the butter and heat the pan. Then add the mixture and stir it continuously for 15 minute(approximately).
When the mixture becomes a little bit of gravy texture, turn off the burner.
Pour the food into a tray. Keep it cool for some time and then cut your desired shape.
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Tips:
You can store various types of chopped nuts into an airtight packet and keep it in your freeze. It can save your excess time chopping nuts.
Do not make the mixture in the full form of gravy. It should keep some liquid jelly texture, otherwise, it may become hard.

Last but not the least, you may prepare it with custard powder instead of corn flour. If you use custard powder you do not need to add extra color, because custard powder contains a nice color. You will serve the mouth-watering corn flour jello as a dessert or can grab it as a heavy breakfast with bread.
