It is authentic Bangladeshi cuisine, especially it is a popular recipe in Bikrampur. Bikrampur is an amazing historical place situated very closely to Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. Basically, they eat it during breakfast or evening tea break. But people especially wish to grab it on a rainy day or the wintertime when the weather becomes gloomy. Its crunchy and savory taste increases their appetite. Not only fill your stomach but also change your mind to make you happy in a rainy or dull environment.
The process is very easy. You cook it for a short time with a common item which you always found in your kitchen. So let's start.

Ingredients:
Rice flour: 2 cup
Onion slice: ½ cup
Green chili slice: 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Coriander leaf (optional)
Turmeric as required (optional)
Warm water as required
This amount is perfect for four people.
Health benefit: Rice flour is a good source of carbohydrates, so you can get energy.

How to cook:
Make a thick dough and mix it with all other ingredients.
Make sure that the mixture should be thickened but not too thin.
Put a fry pan or tawa on the burner.
Now pour a small portion of oil, then spread the oil and take 1 minute to heat the tawa.
Pour 2 tablespoons of dough on the tawa and roundly spread it.
Cover it with a lid for 5 minutes.
turn the lid, and keep it for more 2 minutes. In time the pitha may become brown in color.
Pick up the chapti pitha from the tawa.
now the mouth-watering chapti pitha is ready to serve.
Cooking time (per pitha): 7 minutes.
You may serve it as a snack with tea or coffee, or you can grab it as a heavy dish with spicy curry.
