The American Heart Association recommended eating fish at least two times per week as part of a healthy diet. You may know that baking requires a small portion of oil, so making your food by baking may be a healthier option.




Today I will share with you how to bake fish.


Ingredients:

  • Fish filet( any fish you can choose like: salmon, tuna, carp, etc): 6 pieces

  • Olive oil or butter or any oil: 2 tablespoons

  • Salt: ⅕ teaspoon

  • Chili flex: 1 tablespoon

  • White vinegar: 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons

  • Corn flour: 2 tablespoons

  • Sesame seeds (optional)



How to cook:

  • Cut and wash the fish filet into several pieces 9 thickness is better for 1 inch.

  • Mix all the ingredients and marinate drizzle over fish. Marinate it for 30 minutes.

  • Put it in the oven dish and cover with foil.

  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes to 350 F( 175 degrees C).

  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until fish filet flakes easily.



Marinate time: 30 minutes.


Preheat time: 10 minutes.


Baking time: 30 minutes


Health benefits: Fish is enriched with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin B, D, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, etc. Studies found that baked fish retains all its vitamins and minerals. So oven-baking is considered a healthy way to cook fish. Baked fish is also a good option for your weight loss.



I personally like to bake fish because it is not time-consuming. No need to apply many spices. The softy texture of fish also does not require much time for marinating. In your hectic schedule, it is perfect to serve your family members or guests a delicious and nutritious recipe. When you serve the baking fish just serve it at a hot temperature, otherwise, you may not get the perfect taste.


Secret tips:


Now I will give you a simple but secret tip when you prepare to bake the fish. Sometimes you may find some important recipes that are not available in your kitchen like vinegar or rosemary or cornflower. Do not take extra tension that how you will prepare the baking dish.

You just marinate the fish with some oil, salt as you required, and some chili powder. Then start your baking. You may be amazed to get your desired dish!. So, let's enjoy your baking.
