Jalapeno is a kind of chili that originated in Mexico. Though Spanish and Mexican foods are familiar with this low hot chili(jalapeno), it is now popular in the entire world because of its nice fragrance. For this many people called the Jalapeno “a sweet odor”.
It gives extra taste when you prepare something. If you add some Jalapeno to your noodles, fried rice, soup, then the foods get extra value. Jalapeno is delicious in most of your dishes If you wish to flavor your food.
Jalapeno alone creates food value such as Jalapeno fry, Jalapeno poppers, etc. Today I will share 2 recipes for Jalapeno which you can serve as a starter at your lunch or dinner table.
Spicy Jalapeno
Ingredients:
Jalapeno: 6 pieces
White vinegar: 3 tablespoons
Red chili flakes: 1 tablespoon
Olive oil: 3 tablespoon
How to cook:
Mix white vinegar, red chili flakes, and olive oil with jalapeno. If you like, then keep it for 30 minutes for marination.
Transfer the marinated Jalapeno to a baking tray.
Cover it with foil paper. I prefer to cover it because the color of the Jalapeno will not be changed.
Preheat your oven for 10 minutes.
Put the tray into the oven with 150 degrees Celcius heat.
After 25 minutes, you turn off the oven. Now your spicy Jalapeno is ready to serve.
Marinate time: 30 minutes.
Preheat time: 10 minutes.
Baking time: 25 minutes.
Cheese Jalapeno

Ingredients:
Jalapeno: large 3 pieces.
Mozzarella cheese: as required
White vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Chili flakes: 2 tablespoons
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
How to cook:
Cut each Jalapeno into 2 pieces in the middle.
Remove the seeds.
Mix it with white vinegar and olive oil. Marinate it for 20 minutes.
Fill up the blank space with cheese.
Sprinkle the chili flakes.
Keep it in the baking tray. You may cover it with foil paper, but here I do not cover it. It's your choice.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
Keep the tray for 10 minutes at 150 degrees Celcius.
Turn off the oven. Your food is ready.
Marinate time: 20 minutes.
Preheat time: 10 minutes.
Baking time: 10 minutes.
Important tips: You should serve this at a hot temperature, otherwise you may not get the perfect taste.
