once in the wintertime, my husband carried a lot of apples at home. After some days it became dried, and we truly become bothered to have it. I did not take any decision on what can I do with these. I searched to prepare something to make that my family members like. I thought that many times we required varieties of pickles or condiments that increase appetite. So I have tried to prepare and every person at my home like it. Today I will share this recipe.


Think of making a relish side dish in a very short time? Here you will get a quick and delicious side dish. It is very simple to make. Yes, I talk about sweet and savory apple condiments.


Ingredients:

  • Apple: 2 cups

  • White vinegar: 1 tablespoon

  • Apple cider vinegar: 1 tablespoon

  • Salt: ⅓ teaspoon

  • Oil: 2 tablespoons

  • Chili flex: 1 tablespoon

  • Sugar: 1 cup




How to cook:

  • Wash and make a slice of the apples(the slice is as per your choice).

  • Heat a pan with oil for 1 minute on a low flame.

  • Then add apple, sugar, and salt. Stir it for five minutes.

  • Cover it with a lid for 10 minutes on a medium flame.

  • Turn off the cover and add the vinegar and spread the chili flex for 5 minutes. Now your condiment is ready.


Cooking time: 16 minutes



Health benefits: #Apple Contains soluble fiber which can help to lower blood cholesterol levels. White vinegar also reduces #cholesterol. Apple cider vinegar can help kill harmful bacteria. Taste is sweet and sour.


You should store it in the glass jar for 7 days at room temperature or store it in your freeze for 14 days.
